The revisions relate principally to paragraph 4.3 (pages 6 & 7) and the compliance checklists at Appendix D (pages 49 - 58) which have been amended to make it clear that, in Defra's informal opinion, the ecolabel flower must not be displayed on energy labels relating to tumble dryers, combined washer-dryers, electric ovens or air conditioners, on the grounds that these 4 product types are not licensed under the EU ecolabelling scheme.
